Ghislaine Yimga (she/her)

Information Governance & Data Protection Manager @ Valeur Plus

Ghislaine Yimga is the Information Governance and Data Protection Manager at Valeur-Plus LTD where she is in charge of ensuring company-wide compliance with statutory information governance and data protection regulations. She also develops and implements good records management policy and procedures. She is a Diversity Ally and also Secretary for the Section for Business Records for the Archives and Records Association UK & Ireland (ARA). Ghislaine has been working for 13 years in the record keeping and heritage sector. Previous roles include consultant for the UN in Cameroon, Information Governance Officer (Head of Service) in the Cameroonian Civil Service and Document Management Assistant, latterly seconded to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry Records team at Midlothian Council in Scotland.
